Those taste memories led him to this adventurous, yet balanced, tomato condiment. Try it on your burgers, hot dogs, plant-based sandwiches or sausage rolls, dunk fries in it, or serve it as a sweet-and-spicy chutney alongside Indian, Middle Eastern or African cuisine. As delicious with fritters and samosas as with good old chicken nuggets!

For a quick and hearty meal, add to browned ground turkey, onions, black beans and corn kernels and simmer in vegetable broth or water.
