This lactation tea can be enjoyed iced or hot. However, we recommend drinking the tea hot. Drinking something warm - like a cup of tea - can help you relax, aiding letdown and leading to an increased output of milk when you pump. Whether iced or hot, hydration is important for a breastfeeding and pumping mother.
